Project Assistant to work directly with CEO/Chairman (CEO of Lancaster, PA based, growing Top 100 homebuilder and Chairman of faith-based charity operating internationally in 14 countries). Unique opportunity for ambitious individual possessing high character to gain exposure to a diverse array of business interests and global philanthropic experiences.
Responsibilities are widely variable and interesting including implementing the CEO/Chairman’s goals through project research, management and influencing/negotiating/liaison work with multiple individuals/groups.
Successful candidate will have proven management skill set (ability to self-mage, self-motivate, schedule), excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills along with demonstrated ability to influence, follow through and negotiate with a diverse set of individuals to accomplish project goals.
Other requirements include excellent technology skills, a bachelor’s degree, relevant 3-5 years work experience (construction industry experience preferred).
