T. J. Lambrecht Construction, Inc., a leading Contractor in Excavation and Site Development seeks experienced Construction Estimator in the Chicago / Greater Northern Illinois Metropolitan Area.   

Construction Estimator duties include preparation of competitive job estimates by reviewing drawings and bid documents, performing take offs for labor, equipment and materials, soliciting quotes from subcontractors and suppliers and attending pre-bid meetings for specific  projects

Excellent documentation and communication skills are required. Minimum 5 years excavation / site development experience, a Civil Engineering Degree and knowledge of HCSS Heavy Bid, CADD software and Microsoft Office software is preferred.
