SUMMARY:
A Superintendent directs, coordinates, and exercises functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of assigned project within area of assigned responsibility and directs activities of workers concerned with construction of buildings or other construction projects by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for continuous field supervision, coordinating and completing the project in a timely and quality manner
- Capable of managing projects up to 5 (five) million dollars in value
- Prepares short term interval schedules and reviews schedule updates with Senior Project Manager or Project Manager.
- Confers with supervisory personnel and subcontractors to resolve complaints within workforce
- Conducts project’s subcontractor and owner meetings
- Reviews and reports on all self perform production budget and cost
- Reviews and manages entire job cost report.
- Manages, monitors, and adjusts schedules to meet project completion and report deviations.
- Conducts weekly safety meetings and safety inspections as outlines in Haselden Safety Manual.
- Monitors project cost control system and reports and manages deviations.
- Monitors assigned project utilizing Haselden Constructions quality control management system.
- Demonstrates successful ability to sell both the company and the individual in project interviews.
- Prepares or reviews reports on progress, materials, used and costs and adjusts work schedules as indicated by reports.
- Studies specifications to plan procedures for construction on basis of starting and completion times and staffing requirements for each phase of construction.
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of units to include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; and addressing complaints and resolving problems
- Monitors assigned project utilizing Haselden Constructions quality control management system
- Inspects work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and the adherence to construction schedules.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

- Previous commercial construction experiences as Assistant Superintendent
- Minimum 5 years related experience and training
- Proven successful track record for safety compliance
- Ability to work in a deadline driven environment
- Must be visionary and a team player
- Must clearly present verbal and written communication
- Class A Supervisor license
No relocation available- local candidates only $62k+ base salary, based on experience
Successful candidates must be willing to travel and relocate as needed, able to pass a drug screen, random drug screening throughout employment, and must be authorized to work in the United States
