Project Manager-Harbor City, CA.    

Required is a BS Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.      

15 years in Project Management working on large, OSHPD hospital Projects for a general contractor with some time as a Project Superintendent.    

Experience working on Kaiser projects would be a plus.   

Will lead the team of Construction Professionals in the successful construction of a hospital Project in Harbor City, CA.    

Will be responsible for meeting budget and schedule requirements, and maintaining a positive image with the Owner.    

Must be able to effectively interact with the Owner and subcontractors, update and monitor the project schedule, and ensure that safety and quality objectives are met.    

Conduct meetings, process pay applications, interact with OSHPD, manage effective cost control, ensure schedule performance, provide leadership for the on-site team, and ensure that safety and quality objectives are met.    

Problem-solving and critical thinking skills are essential.  

Working knowledge of SureTrak and Primavera.    

This is for a large, long-term Project in Harbor City, CA.      

This project has six phases on it.
