Summary

The Accounts Services Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of National and 3^rd party Account Management.  The Specialists serve as liaisons between AP/AR, Brokerage & internal/external Customers.

Expectations and Responsibilities

• Customer/Vendor set ups/updates.


• Ensure proper documentation collection for accurate set ups.


• Vendor Pick-up/Customer Ship-to set ups/updates.


• Service Provider - Affiliate set up/updates.


• Assist internal & external Customers with Account related inquiries.


• Maintain account pricing across applications.


• Coordinate with National Account Managers to ensure accurate account/pricing updates.


• Prepare & distribute customized Weekly & Monthly reports.


• Reconciliation & closing Weekly/Bi-Weekly/Monthly Consolidated Settlements.


• Coordinate Consolidated Settlements for Customers/Vendors with alternate close schedules.


• Prepare customized advanced Retrieval/Sales detail reports.


• Prepare advanced pricing reports upon request.


• Maintain Account Services Inbox, ensuring accurate & timely responses to all requests.


• Resolve/Reject/Void outstanding open Loads.


• Ad hoc requests as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ Years of Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience.


• 3^rd party brokered experience a plus.
