About the Position:
Lead Architect – Build relationships and manage the design team as well as the clients, customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and others. Research, plan, design, and administer design services. Directly review, revise, and approve all final designs, layouts, and arrangements. Work as a team with ownership, executives, administration, and the design and construction teams in-house.
Job Requirements:
• Minimal BA degree in Architecture • Formal Licensing is required (Stamp) • Minimum of 10 years of experience – Architectural & Construction related duties. • Manage multiple people/activities/projects simultaneously. • Technically sound.
