Job-Specific Insights The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) is seeking an experienced and motivated Engineer Sr Supervisor – Locally Administered Projects (LAP) to serve as a Responsible Charge Engineer within the Bristol District. This leadership role is critical to delivering Locally Administered and Special Funded transportation projects that support communities across Southwest Virginia. ***This position is eligible to receive a sign on bonus of up to $5,000 based on the selected candidate's experience and qualifications. In order to receive the bonus, the selected candidate is required to sign a 12-month written agreement with the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) and must be external to State Government (meaning not currently/formerly employed by any agency in any branch of Virginia State Government.). ***
