Contribute to concept development, facade studies, and form exploration (10%). Support design and technical documentation across schematic design, design development, and construction document phases (20%). Participate in internal design charrettes, coordination meetings and client-facing presentations (15%). Conduct code and zoning research, help ensure ADA and life safety compliance (10%). Participate in construction administration tasks such as submittal review, RFI responses, and site observations (15%). Research materials, products and assemblies to support design detailing (10%). Coordinate with in-house interiors team on holistic architectural packages (15%). Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelors degree in Architecture or related/foreign equivalent plus 5 years experience as an Architectural Designer, Designer, or related. Must have 5 years experience (simultaneous and concurrent with the experience required above) with Develop design concepts; Prepare architectural drawings and coordinate design documentation; and Use AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Enscape for design development, 3D modeling, visualization, and documentation. Must be licensed as an architect in any state in the U.S.
