Job Title: Architectural Designer Rendering Specialist

Job Description: Assist in the creation of the architectural design of custom luxury homes. Responsible for communicating design details to the client through illustrations ranging from conceptual art to photorealistic quality renderings. Must understand the style of each project to ensure the rendering sets are an accurate reflection of the design intent. Will create a variety of high- quality interior and exterior architectural and realistic 3D models and renderings. Serve as a technical resource to the Architectural Design Team. Provide research and testing on new software techniques and industry trends to keep organization at the cutting edge of design. This is an in-house position. Option to work remotely is not available. A license is not required.

Education: Bachelor's degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Architecture; Architectural Engineering; Architecture Design; or closely related degree.

Experience: 36 months in Job offered or Architectural Design Associate.

Special Skills: One (1) year experience using Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, 3d Studio Max, Lumion, and In-Design.
