Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 Full-Time Permanent Position with Benefits An industry-leading Architecture and Engineering (A/E) firm founded in 1976, is seeking an experienced Architectural Client/Project Manager to join our team in New Albany, OH. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communications and ensuring project requirements are met. Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring adherence to clients high standards for quality and design. Utilize expertise in AutoCAD and Revit to oversee architectural design, millwork detailing, and construction documents. Manage overall project budgets, schedules, fee negotiations, and monthly client billing. Act as the primary interface for Structural and MEP consultants. Train, mentor, and conduct performance reviews for Design Associates and junior Project Managers. Ensure expert-level compliance with current building codes and constructability standards. Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail construction or light commercial projects. Degree in Architecture (Professional licensure is a plus, but not required). Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit is essential. Strong background in architectural detailing, millwork, and construction documentation. Intermediate knowledge of building codes and foundational understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
