This Assistant Project Manager will support the delivery of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover. You'll work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and moving efficiently. Description Support Project Managers with day to day project execution and documentation Assist with subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and change management Track RFIs, submittals, and project logs to ensure timely responses Coordinate with field teams to align schedules, budgets, and work plans Participate in project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders Assist with cost tracking, pay applications, and project closeout documentation Profile 1-4 years of experience in commercial construction (GC or CM preferred) Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to read construction drawings and specifications Proficiency with construction software and Microsoft Office tools Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $85,000 annually, depending on experience.
