We are seeking an Assistant Superintendent Construction to join our team! You will oversee on-site administration, project planning, scheduling and management of commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city officials, and clients
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• 6 mo. to 2 yrs. previous experience in construction or other related fields
• Must be able to read construction plans/drawings
• Strong communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
