About the Position
The Branch Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership for a high-performing branch, overseeing all aspects of the parts and service business while driving profitability, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and employee development.
Reporting to regional leadership, this individual will be responsible for leading department managers and approximately 35 indirect employees supporting heavy equipment service and parts operations. The successful candidate will possess a strong technical background in heavy equipment maintenance and repair, along with proven experience managing financial performance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all branch operations with primary responsibility for parts and service performance
- Provide leadership and mentorship to department managers overseeing approximately 35 indirect employees
- Drive operational excellence across service, parts, customer support, and branch administration
- Manage branch financial performance, including full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility
- Develop and execute strategies to improve profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure efficient scheduling, workflow management, and equipment turnaround times
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and key industry partners
- Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Promote a culture centered on safety, accountability, teamwork, and customer service
- Partner with executive leadership to achieve regional business objectives and long-term growth initiatives
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience managing heavy equipment parts and service operations
- Experience leading managers and supervising large operational teams in a multi-department environment
- Strong technical knowledge of heavy equipment diagnostics, repair, maintenance, and product support
- Previous P&L management experience with responsibility for operational and financial performance
- Industry experience within one or more of the following sectors:
- Construction equipment
- Heavy equipment dealerships
- Mining
- Landfill
- Agriculture
- Industrial equipment
- Demonstrated ability to improve operational performance while developing high-performing teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, financial management, and customer relationship skills
- Stable employment history with a demonstrated record of progressive career growth is strongly preferred
- Candidates whose background is primarily limited to equipment rental operations without significant service and repair leadership experience may not be the best fit for this position

- Base Salary: Up to $165,000-175,000
