We are looking for Substitute Teachers in the Houston Area. As a Substitute Teacher you will support children in the classroom and gain exposure to schools and invaluable experience. In this role, you will be able to grow your experience and relationships with multiple schools and gain exposure to a broad range of teaching styles and behavior management principles.

Responsibilities:
- Support the school where needed
- Maintain a classroom environment that is conducive to learning
- Teach lessons and follow the classroom teacher's lesson plans
- Maintaining a safe learning environment
- Utilize a variety of learning methods to enhance the students' learning experiences and support them as needed

Qualifications:
- Completed or working towards post-secondary education program
- Must be actively enrolled in a state-approved Educator Preparation Program (EPP) or are otherwise eligible or working towards eligibility
- 1+ years experience in childcare/education
- Applicants must have professional proficiency in English

Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $172 - $187/day, paid weekly.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, within hours of 7:30 am - 3:00/4:30 pm (no weekend work).
