What You'll Do
- Assist with cabinet, trim, molding, door, and millwork installation
- Support framing, finish carpentry, and residential remodeling projects
- Work alongside experienced carpenters on beautiful kitchen renovations
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites
- Load, unload, and organize tools and materials
- Deliver quality workmanship while working in occupied homes
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of carpentry or residential remodeling experience
- Experience with cabinetry, kitchen renovations, trim, or finish carpentry
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work on ladders
- Buildertrend or similar construction software experience is a plus - but not required
