TradeWise Staffing Group is hiring experienced Certified STICK Welders for a commercial construction project. If you're a skilled welder who takes pride in quality work and shows up ready to go, we want to hear from you. This is a W2 position with a company that supports its field team.

What You'll Be Doing

• STICK welding on structural steel and metal components
• Working with pre-fabricated wall systems
• Installing and welding metal decking
• Joisted flooring work
• General metal carpentry as needed

What You Need

• Valid welding certification (required)
• Previous STICK welding experience
• Experience with structural steel (preferred)
• Full PPE, including safety harness
• Basic hand tools and measuring tape
• Reliable transportation
