As a Civil Engineering Project Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary teams on a variety of public and private sector projects including residential, commercial, and industrial site development, roadway and trail design, stormwater modeling, green infrastructure, and capital improvement projects. • Oversee and manage civil engineering projects from concept through completion
• Perform civil engineering plan reviews and ensure quality control
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
• Prepare reports and technical documentation
• Lead internal staff, mentor junior engineers, and manage project teams
• Maintain budgets, schedules, and project deliverables
• Support business development efforts and proposal preparation

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 710 years of relevant experience
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required
• Proven experience managing site development and infrastructure projects
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
