Trillium Construction is now seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee heavy civil and environmental construction projects supporting federal infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily field operations from mobilization through project completion
• Manage crews, subcontractors, and equipment
• Ensure projects stay on schedule, within quality standards, and meet safety requirements
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and government representatives
• Maintain daily reports and support project closeout

Annual salary is $85,000$125,000/year DOE plus a comprehensive benefits package. This is a direct-hire position with excellent career growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Construction Superintendent in heavy civil or infrastructure construction
• OSHA 10 & OSHA 30 required
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
• Willingness to travel and work on federal job sites
• Ability to pass background checks for military installations

Preferred:

• Federal or Department of Defense project experience
• USACE CQM and/or 40-hour HAZWOPER certifications
• Experience with earthwork, utilities, environmental, or civil infrastructure projects
