Responsibilities will include:

• Day-to-day management of projects
• Supervision of project teams' execution of project requirements
• Plan reading, comprehension, and take-off
• Managing change orders and claims
• Management of project schedules
• Cost control
• Problem-solving abilities and a get-it-done attitude
• Compiling information and documentation of project contractual requirements
• Ability to meet fast-paced and dynamic schedules and deadlines
• Preparing reports
• Technical knowledge and ability to communicate technical concepts to others
• Travel may be required

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage projects under fast-paced deadlines
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and other office software programs utilized for project oversight
