The Commercial Construction Superintendent will lead and oversee large-scale industrial facility projects, ensuring seamless project execution from start to finish. This role involves hands-on client management and direct reporting to the Owner/Developer. The superintendent will manage a sizable team of 16 or more members, coordinating multiple subcontractors while maintaining strict adherence to safety and schedule requirements without the need for travel between job sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, focusing on industrial facilities
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site standards
• Manage project schedules to meet deadlines and milestones
• Coordinate and lead a large on-site team of 16+ members
• Supervise subcontractor work and ensure quality control
• Maintain thorough documentation and reporting for project progress
• Resolve on-site problems efficiently to minimize delays

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial construction
• Valid Driver's License
