Job DetailsKey Responsibilities:
Manage on-site operations for commercial construction projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality expectations.
Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and site teams to maintain efficiency and resolve challenges.
Enforce strict safety protocols in line with OSHA regulations and company policies.
Oversee subcontractor performance, conduct inspections, and ensure all work aligns with project plans and local building codes.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide proactive solutions when needed.
Lead post-project evaluations to assess successes and improvement areas.
Qualifications:
At least five years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent, managing projects from inception to completion.
Strong expertise in commercial construction, particularly in education-focused builds or similar sectors.
In-depth knowledge of construction best practices, safety regulations, and local building codes.
Ability to interpret blueprints and construction documents.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Familiarity with project management software and digital construction tools is a plus.
