A well-established commercial electrical contractor with over 20 years of success is expanding its field operations and is hiring 2-3 experienced Commercial Electrical Working Foremen to lead crews on commercial construction projects throughout Southern California.
This is a long-term opportunity with a company known for quality workmanship, steady commercial projects, and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities
- Lead commercial electrical crews on active construction projects
- Plan daily work assignments and coordinate field activities
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Perform commercial electrical installations as needed
- Install conduit, raceways, cable tray systems, lighting, and electrical equipment
- Coordinate with Project Managers to maintain schedules
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and mentor apprentices
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and jobsite issues
- Maintain quality workmanship while enforcing jobsite safety
Qualifications
- 6+ years of commercial electrical experience
- 2+ years as an Electrical Foreman, Lead Foreman, or Crew Lead
- Strong commercial construction background
- Ability to independently read electrical plans and layout work
- Experience supervising journeymen and apprentices
- Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills
- Valid Driver License
- Ability to travel and work occasional night shifts
Preferred Experience
- California State Certified Journeyman Electrician
- Electrical Trainee (ET) with extensive commercial leadership experience
- Retail Construction
- Tenant Improvement (TI)
- Ground-Up Commercial Construction
- Motor Controls
- EMS
- Refrigeration Controls
- Ansul Systems
Compensation & Benefits
- $36.00-$50.00 per hour DOE
