Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Construction Estimating Manager for our client. This role will only consider Houston and surrounding applicants. Experience with PEMB, tilt-wall, and structural steel is required.

This role offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in PEMB, tilt-wall, and structural steel projects while collaborating with a dedicated team of professionals to drive project success.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee project estimation processes for PEMB, Tilt-wall, and structural steel buildings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop accurate and comprehensive project estimates.
• Manage project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Conduct detailed cost analysis and prepare project budgets.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders.
• Develop and implement systems and checklists to streamline project workflows.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Utilize time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Estimating Manager.
• Extensive knowledge of PEMB, Tilt-wall, and structural steel buildings.
• Proven track record of managing project estimation processes.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
