This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can effectively manage a crew while actively contributing to commercial plumbing projects. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading teams and possesses strong knowledge of Florida commercial plumbing codes. This position requires technical expertise, leadership ability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Includes take-home company vehicle, phone, and tablet Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise a team of plumbers on commercial job sites, ensuring all work complies with Florida plumbing codesPerform hands-on plumbing work while overseeing daily project operationsRead, interpret, and execute work based on blueprints, schematics, and technical documentsEnsure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsServe as the primary point of contact for field team members, providing leadership, support, and trainingCommunicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholdersCollaborate with project managers, estimators, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project executionPromote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvementAssist in recruiting, training, and developing a strong workforceResolve on-site issues quickly to minimize delays and disruptions QualificationsProven experience as a Plumbing Foreman or similar leadership role in commercial plumbingStrong leadership and team management skillsIn-depth knowledge of Florida commercial plumbing codes, systems, and materialsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordOSHA certification or other safety training preferred Physical RequirementsAbility to lift a minimum of 50lbs and carry heavy tools and materialsAbility to work in confined spaces, on ladders, and at elevated heightsAbility to stand, kneel, crouch, and bend for extended periodsAbility to work in various weather conditions Technical RequirementsStrong knowledge of plumbing codesProficiency working with PVC, CPVC, copper (sweat and ProPress), and cast iron piping systems Why Join Premium Plumbing?
