Townsell-Hill Inc. is looking for a skilled Concrete Carpenter Foreman for our Bentonville, Arkansas team with great pay and benefits. The ideal candidate has experience working on large construction job sites, specifically with a strong background in self-perform work, including wall forms, columns, elevated slab forming with 20 K Shoring (10K per leg) and layout. The Job-Site Carpenter Foreman works closely with GC Project Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents and Sub Contractors to ensure timely, high quality, safe and successful completion of projects.

Townsell-Hill proudly offers for this position: $40 - 45 per hour with a 40 hour week of pay guaranteed rain or shine work or no work. Overtime will be added as worked.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising a job site and crew within our specific portion of the project


• Exhibit a high level of safety consciousness and a clear understanding of Townsell-Hill’s safety guidelines and procedures


• Read and interpret paper blueprints/Virtual blueprints and construction documents and plan construction activities accordingly


• Manage and assist skilled craft workers in performing their assigned duties under your close supervision

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing Self-Perform crews on large construction job sites


• Experience and Knowledge for successful execution of Major Form Systems and Job Built Methods


• Ability to problems solve, draw conclusions and preform duties of a Competent Person


• Ability to coordinate self-perform work and Townsell-Hill's work to meet schedule with dependability and consistency


• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30, Rigging Certified & Lift Trained
