Responsibilities: on-site daily management, execution, and safety of ground up, and large renovation building projects. The daily duties of the Field Superintendent are primarily scheduling, safety, and quality. Including, but not limited to:

• On-Site Daily Management: oversee daily field operations from ground-breaking thru final turnover and punch list completion.
• Subcontractor Coordination: scheduling, directing, and managing multiple trade crews simultaneously.
• Scheduling: weekly, short-term look-ahead scheduling and long-term overall scheduling.
• Safety and compliance.

Experience: minimum of 10 years of experience in a supervisory role managing multi-story ground up buildings, and major renovations.

Certifications: 30-hour OSHA certification. Construction Management technical school or College degrees preferred. Construction Management construction software proficiency required.

Technical skills: deep knowledge and expertise in sitework and building constructions methods, sequencing, code compliance, coordination of building inspector and third-party inspectors, advanced blueprint reading, interpretation, coordination, and application to the site conditions.
