This role will include, but not limited to doing takeoffs via plan swift, utilizing our vendor software to update our vendor lists, (Pantera) posting our projects via (Pantera, Plan Hub, ETC. updating pictures and job locations on our website. Posting updates on our social media accounts and calling vendors.

Success in this position will be someone that has a technology background who is interested and has a basic understanding of the construction field. Also, this individual will need a positive, problem-solving, can-do attitude and be very precise in their take-off measurements and conduct of their work.

By doing this job it will help the company bid their projects and order material with increased accuracy, and be more marketable to the construction industry

Responsibilities

The selected individual will be expected to work 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday-Friday,

Qualifications

An Associates Degree or higher in construction is preferred

Certifications or basic knowledge of Pantera, Plan swift, and the use of social media is preferred.
