The estimator will use a combination of manual measurement tools and specialized construction estimating software to ensure precise pricing and effective project management. Responsibilities

• Prepare bid and build estimates for residential and commercial projects
• Travel weekly to job sites for measurements and project assessments
• Manage projects independently from estimation through completion
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material procurement
• Provide pricing and consultation to walk-in customers
• Handle loading and unloading of construction materials
• Use construction estimating software and spreadsheets for pricing accuracy
• Maintain clear communication with clients and team members
