Seeking an Experience Estimator. Familiar with Job Order Contracting is preferred. Experience with eGordian and RS Means is a huge plus. 3 years + experience is required.

We are a Commercial General Contractor with a client base of Public and Private entities including Renovations, Repairs, Maintenance, Sustainability and New construction. Clients include Airports, Hospitals, Colleges/Universities, K-12 Schools, Cities, Counties, Parks, Hospitality, Military, and Office

Candidates Must Possess knowledge and experience in both Renovation and New Construction projects.

Preferred that candidates possess IDIQ, J.O.C., MACC, MATOC continuing service contract experience.
Preferred that Candidate has Government Project Experience.

Software/Platform experience to include eGordian, RS Means, Excel, Plan Swift, Bluebeam, Building Connected, and ProCore are a plus.
