We are hiring for:

Estimator

Experience: 2+ years

Ideal for construction professionals with estimating experience who are ready to expand their technical knowledge and develop their careers in structural steel and commercial construction.

Senior Estimator

Experience: 6+ years

Seeking experienced estimators who can independently manage project estimates, develop bid strategies, collaborate with customers and vendors, and contribute to winning profitable work.

Estimating Leader (Manager or Director level)

Experience: 10+ years

This leadership role partners directly with the VP of Sales & Estimating to coordinate estimating operations, mentor and develop estimating staff, establish best practices, support strategic business development efforts, and strengthen customer relationships. The Estimating Manager serves as a key link between estimating, sales, operations, and project management to help drive growth and execution excellence.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in structural steel, specialty contracting, commercial construction, or general contracting environments.
• Strong blueprint reading and construction knowledge.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Leadership and mentoring experience preferred for senior-level positions.
