Job Description Job Description Construction Company Seeking Experienced Construction Supervisor

A growing construction company is seeking a skilled and dependable Construction Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead crews across multiple job sites. A strong background in construction is required, and prior leadership or supervisory experience is highly preferred.

Starting Pay: (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8-hour shifts (start and end times may vary depending on job site)

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews
Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project timelines
Assign tasks and provide guidance across trades including:

Carpentry
Drywall
Painting
Roofing
Plumbing
Electrical
Concrete work and pouring
Insulation
Oversee and assist with physical tasks when needed (lifting 5075 lbs)
Monitor job site safety and enforce company safety standards
Operate and oversee the use of hand and power tools
Communicate with project managers and report progress
Troubleshoot issues and adjust workflow as necessary
Ensure materials and equipment are available and used properly
Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Proven experience in construction (multi-trade knowledge required)
Previous supervisory or crew lead experience strongly preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Valid drivers license (CDL is a plus)
Reliable transportation (job sites located throughout Ashtabula, Geauga, Lake, and Trumbull counties)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Must be dependable and ready to work
Ability to pass a drug test
