About the Position:
Hiring for a General Superintendent responsible for the on-site management of the healthcare or large commercial client project portfolios. This role will manage a diverse set of projects and personnel on the project teams with either the healthcare or large commercial vertical.
Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent within Healthcare or Commercial Construction environment.
• Experience working for large commercial general contractors ($200-500mm) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety principles, techniques, and methods.
