Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Construction & Home Repair Technician to join our team. This position is part-time to start, with the opportunity for full-time employment and advancement for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in drywall, carpentry, and general construction work, along with a strong commitment to professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Perform drywall repairs, installation, and finishing

Complete carpentry and general construction tasks

Assist with residential repair and remodeling projects

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers

Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled jobs

Represent Gulf Sands Home Services with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications

Required:

Experience in drywall, carpentry, and/or general construction

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Dependable and punctual

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Valid driver's license

Reliable transportation

Must reside in Pinellas County, Florida

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

Experience with residential remodeling or home repair services

Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems on job sites

Basic knowledge of multiple trades
