The Role
Next Generation Construction is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all phases of commercial construction projects. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will manage project teams, budgets, schedules, contracts, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring quality, safety, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Lead multiple construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
Manage project budgets, financial performance, and margin reporting.
Oversee project schedules and monitor critical path activities.
Review project scope for constructability, coordination, and phasing.
Manage prime contracts, subcontract agreements, and change orders.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and quality standards.
Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong client, design team, and subcontractor relationships.
Oversee project closeout activities and documentation.
Promote a strong safety culture across all project sites.
Support company technology initiatives and process improvements.

The Person
You will have:
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
5 10 years of construction project management experience.
Experience working within project management teams.
Strong understanding of construction methods, practices, and documentation.
Experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and project teams.
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction software including Procore, Pro-Est, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Michigan.
You should also be comfortable working on active construction sites and able to meet the physical requirements of the position, including site navigation, climbing stairs and ladders, and working in varying weather conditions.
