What You’ll Do

• Source and screen qualified construction candidates nationwide
• Build and maintain a pipeline of skilled labor professionals
• Coordinate with project managers and clients on workforce needs
• Negotiate placement terms and close hires
• Track candidate activity and commissions using internal systems

Compensation

• 100% commission-based — no base salary
• Earn a percentage of every successful placement (no cap)
• Weekly commission payouts

What You’ll Need

• Experience recruiting in construction or skilled trades (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
• Phone, internet, and professional communication tools
