Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Supervise subcontractors and construction teams to ensure quality standards are met. Collaborate with project managers to maintain clear communication and project updates. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly and effectively. Maintain accurate project documentation and records. Communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders as needed. Profile A successful Commercial Superintendent should have: 15+ years of Superintendent experience in Commercial Construction Ground-Up Projects Ability to lead and mentor greener professionals Experience creating a 3-6 week look ahead schedule Experience working with a General Contractor on ground-up builds Knowledge of preconstruction and earth-work OSHA 30 certification Job Offer What's to Offer: Competitive salary ranging from $140000 to $160000 USD annually.
