We need a Project Manager/Superintendent who operates independently, enforces high standards, and drives every project from acquisition handoff to final walkthrough on time, on budget, and built right.

The Role

You'll manage IPS Cash's renovation projects across New England coordinating subcontractors, owning schedules, controlling budgets, and ensuring every project meets our standard before it leaves your hands.

Day to day, you will:

• Carry an active pipeline of renovation projects at various stages simultaneously
• Build and own scopes, schedules, and budgets for each project
• Source, bid, and hold subcontractors accountable to timelines, quality, and cost
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to enforce workmanship and safety standards
• Identify problems early and solve them before they become costs or delays
• Keep leadership informed with proactive, accurate updates no surprises
• Maintain full project documentation from kickoff through completion
• Collaborate with acquisitions, finance, and sales on project timelines and delivery
