Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent at BHS Construction, Inc. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for all construction site management, trade partner management, ensuring construction safety, overseeing project budgets, and managing project timelines effectively in the NE Kansas market.

Qualifications

Construction Site Management, Project Management, and Organization Skills
Degree in Construction Management, or equivalent field experience
Team Player
Attention to detail
Construction Safety expertise
Budgeting proficiency
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in construction management or related field
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of relevant construction laws and regulations
