Construction Superintendent (Concrete)

The Concrete Superintendent will lead field operations on commercial and industrial concrete projects. This field-focused leadership role is responsible for safety, quality, production, scheduling, and successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily concrete construction activities and field crews
• Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, equipment, and work sequencing
• Review plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure efficient execution
• Manage concrete operations including foundations, slab-on-grade, structural concrete, elevated decks, tilt-up, and industrial work
• Promote and enforce OSHA and company safety standards
• Monitor quality, coordinate inspections, and ensure work meets project specifications
• Track labor productivity and support schedule and production goals
• Collaborate with project managers, owners, engineers, and general contractors

Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ years of commercial or industrial concrete construction experience
• Experience as a Superintendent, General Foreman, Lead Foreman, or similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods and practices
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to travel

Preferred:

• Data center or tilt-up construction experience
• OSHA 30 Certification
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience leading large concrete placements
• Experience with fast-track construction projects
