Overview

We are seeking a Project Superintendent to lead construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and safety compliance. This role involves overseeing daily operations on-site, managing subcontractors, and coordinating project activities to meet project specifications.

Duties

Lead and supervise all construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety protocols.

Coordinate construction activities with subcontractors and City inspections.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and compliance with blueprints, schematics, and safety standards including OSHA regulations.

Ensure quality control by inspecting materials, workmanship, and adherence to specifications throughout the construction process.

Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising projects from inception through completion.

Extensive knowledge of construction site operations including safety regulations (OSHA), blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating.
