Hiring: Contract Manager Large Power Construction Projects

Schedule: Full-time On-Site 6-Month Contract

Central Texas Recruiting is seeking a Contract Manager to support major power and infrastructure construction projects. This role focuses on EPC contract administration, contract negotiations, risk analysis, vendor management, change order administration, and executive-level reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, negotiate, and administer EPC construction contracts Analyze contract risks, liabilities, and compliance requirements Manage change orders, contract modifications, and dispute resolution Support procurement, legal, engineering, and project teams Prepare executive-level contract status and risk reports Monitor contract performance, deliverables, and project milestones.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business, Law, Finance, Engineering, or related field 10+ years of contract management or contract analysis experience Experience supporting large construction, infrastructure, or energy projects Strong EPC contract drafting, negotiation, and administration experience Experience with contract risk analysis and change order management Strong communication and executive reporting skills.
