About the Position:

Hiring for a Development Manager -Multifamily Luxury responsible for managing multiple Multifamily Luxury development projects from concept through completion, ensuring successful execution of projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful development management, exceptional communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with all consultants.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5+ years of prior Multifamily Development experience with a developer and/or general contractor.
• Project experience in multifamily and/or mixed-use project development.
• Travel as needed to various locations within Central TX.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering, Construction, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field is preferred.
