Our client is a well known and highly reputable IPP that owns renewable energy projects across the USA. We are looking for a Director of Capital Markets to lead the day-to-day execution and origination of all project and corporate finance activities.
Requirements:
8+ years experience in project finance, back-leverage, and corporate financing (with a focus on the Utility Scale power sector, including renewable energy assets), tax equity, investment banking, consulting and / or IPP experience.
Strong understanding of commercial and legal aspects of project and corporate financings as well as tax equity structures
Experience managing lender diligence process including creation of information memorandum, preparation of financial models, data room management, coordination of lender advisors and preparation of relevant reports.
