The Division Manager oversees and directs operations of the division. The Division Manager works in conjunction with dispatch, maintenance, and sales and provides oversight, evaluation, and improvement of the efficiency of the construction project management team and all aspects of the division.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Operations - All daily functions of the division are ultimately the responsibility of the Division Manager/Assistant Division Manager. These operations include, but are not limited to, managing and coordinating the needs of Belger Cartage Service, Inc. employees and construction equipment to best serve Belger's customer base.
Growth - Work directly with the Regional Manager, to provide vision, strategy, and training for overall future growth and strong division performance.
Presentation - The Division Manager must be able to represent the company within the construction, hoisting and heavy haul industries and provide leadership for future industry growth
Dispatch - Manage and evaluate the dispatch function of the division. Dispatch is responsible for personnel assignments, equipment assignments, and coordination with maintenance on available units.
Maintenance - Oversee and evaluate the maintenance department. Coordination of those efforts with dispatch is a critical process.
Sales - Manage and evaluate the bid, bid review, strategy, and customer maintenance processes in all areas of the division .
Safety - Conduct weekly safety meetings covering topics prepared by the company Safety Director. Make occasional job site visits to ensure safety procedures are being followed.
Project Management - Provide oversight, evaluation, and improve the efficiency of the project management team.
