About the Role:

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in duct installation and HVAC systems, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations related to ductwork installation.
• Valid Driver License and Reliable Transportation. Punctual.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in HVAC or related field.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
• Previous experience in a leadership role within a construction environment.

Responsibilities:
