Central Texas Recruiting is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support electrical design, troubleshooting, controller development, and production operations within a manufacturing environment. This role supports commercial HVAC products, electrical documentation, component specification, customer support, and continuous product improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Support production-related electrical troubleshooting activities Generate wiring documentation for commercial HVAC products Develop and program electrical controllers Specify and size electrical components and systems Support customers and internal sales teams on technical issues Ensure compliance with UL and ETL safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 5+ years of electrical engineering experience Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments Experience generating wiring documentation for commercial HVAC products Controller programming and component sizing experience required Experience working with UL and ETL standards required.
