The Electrical Foreman will lead and manage electrical teams on commercial and industrial projects, ensuring high-quality installation and adherence to safety standards. This role involves overseeing medium to large teams and occasionally traveling to project sites to maintain operational excellence and compliance.

Responsibilities

Supervise electrical teams ranging from 6 to 15+ members
Manage project timelines and resources to meet deadlines
Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and protocols
Maintain and oversee electrical equipment functionality
Conduct quality control inspections for all electrical installations
Oversee installation processes on commercial and industrial sites
Troubleshoot electrical issues to minimize downtime

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years experience in electrical work
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Electrician License
OSHA Safety Certification
