We are looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead commercial and residential electrical projects throughout Long Island. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who can manage crews, maintain high-quality workmanship, and deliver projects safely and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electricians and apprentices on multiple job sites.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate daily project activities.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints and specifications.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and clients.
• Order and manage materials and equipment.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and company policies.
• Perform quality control inspections and troubleshoot field issues.
• Maintain project documentation and daily reports.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial electrical experience with previous foreman or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Ability to manage crews and multiple priorities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with commercial, multifamily, retail, industrial, or high-end residential projects.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
