NOW HIRING: Electrical Foreman - Miami, FL

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our growing team in Miami, Florida. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with commercial and/or industrial electrical experience who can manage crews, maintain jobsite safety, and deliver projects on schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment
• Ensure work complies with NEC, OSHA, and project requirements
• Maintain productivity, quality control, and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and other trades
• Train and mentor electricians and apprentices

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of electrical construction experience
• Previous Foreman or Lead Electrician experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• OSHA certification preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Starting Pay: $30 an hour.
