Conveyor Foreman (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Pay: $45-$50/hr + $150/day Per Diem
Schedule: 50-60 hours/week

We're looking for an experienced Conveyor Foreman to lead crews on conveyor installation projects in industrial facilities. This is a working foreman position-not a desk job. You'll work alongside your crew while overseeing daily installation activities, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects stay on schedule.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of conveyor installation or industrial construction experience
• Experience leading 10+ person field crews
• Strong mechanical aptitude with basic electrical knowledge
• Ability to read blueprints and installation drawings
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and direct crews in the field
• No college degree required-relevant field experience is what matters
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Willingness to travel and work overtime/weekends as needed
